As you are all aware, Indigo Pink is an active member of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation).
The REC is responsible for the industry standards in recruitment, which Indigo Pink is measured against. REC Members are expected to meet a rigorous Code of Practice in their work and will be subject to the REC complaints and disciplinary procedures if they fail to meet this standard.
